1.25 cup unsweetened coconut milk (or hemp milk, almond milk, brazil nut milk)

0.25 cup chia seeds (white, black or mixed)

2T raw honey (or maple syrup, coconut nectar)

0.5 cup wild blueberries (fresh or frozen)

  1. Place the nut milk in a bowl, add the chia seeds and mix well until completely submerged.
  2. Add the honey and blueberries and mix until the honey is dissolved. You can also use a blender if you want a smoother consistency or to make the blending faster.
  3. Place the mixture in a bowl (covered) and refrigerate for 5-6 hours or overnight.

OPTIONAL GARNISHES: fresh blueberries, walnuts, hemp hearts, cranberries etc.
