Turmeric has so many amazing health benefits. Here is another way to enjoy it, especially on cold winter days.
Ingredients:
1 Teaspoon organic coconut oil
1/4 Teaspoon of fresh turmeric paste or turmeric powder
1 Cup organic almond milk (home-made is best)
Organic, raw, unfiltered honey to taste
Directions:
Place all ingredients (except the honey) in a small pot over medium heat. Stir consistently and warm up. Do not allow to boil. Remove from the heat and add honey to taste. Sprinkle some cinnamon (optional) and enjoy.
